❥ I do makeup/retexture -brows&lashes/custom eye for both vanilla&sculpt.❥ Each commission is created within my artistic style.♡❥ I don't work with 3D editing.

✦ Commission Process:

❥ I work on one commission at a time, so I can dedicate my full attention to each project. As soon as I finish the current one, I move on to the next one on the list ♡❥ I'll send you a form for you to fill out with all the necessary information to start your commission (race, skin color, etc.). This form will include all the necessary information to start your commission ♡.❥ Sculpt files are required for certain commissions: Makeup, Brows&Lashes. Please ensure you have permission (TOS) from the creator before sending the file.❥ Feel free to send references! Organized references help me visualize your request ♡❥ I like working with real photo references, both for makeup & brows&lashes, if possible ♡❥ I do not accept references: OCs, fanarts, anime, or mods from other creators, nor works based on my previous commissions. Thank you so much for your understanding! ♡❥ During the process, a mcdf file will be provided so you can test your commission in-game using Brio and make sure everything is correct before the final files are delivered ♡

✦ Makeup Bases & Shaders

❥ I normally use my own makeup bases to keep colors and results consistent. If you'd like me to use a different creator's base, please check their terms of use first and make sure it is allowed for commissions. Different bases can affect how colors appear.❥ Please also keep in mind that shaders can change the saturation, brightness, and overall appearance of the makeup. These effects are outside of my control, so the makeup may look different depending on the shader and settings being used. ♡

✦ You Will Receive:

❥ loose files: dds, png
❥ modpack: (base, normal, mask) for all commissions.

✦ Edits & Adjustments:

❥ Please feel free to give me detailed feedback; let me know if anything needs adjustment or if something isn’t to your liking. I really value open communication! ♡❥ During the process, up to 5 revisions may be requested to adjust details and help achieve the desired result.
Once the final version is approved, the commission will be considered complete.❥ Once I send the final files and you confirm everything is good, I won’t make further edits.❥ If the provided references aren’t suitable, I will notify you and suggest adjustments.❥ If I find that I will not be able to meet the comission requirements, I will inform you as soon as possible so that we can discuss alternatives ♡

✦ Privacy & Sharing:

❥ Upon completion, I reserve the right to use screenshots/preview images of the commission in my portfolio and social media for promotional purposes.❥ You are allowed to make personal edits, as long as they are not published or shared publicly. ♡❥ All commission files are private and will remain so.

✦Price:

⬩ Makeup - 28 USD
⬩ Makeup + Brows&Lashes - 35 USD
⬩ Retexture - Brows&Lashes Only - 10 USD❥ All commissions have a fixed price: no extra charges

✦ Payment:

❥ Payment is only required once the commission is complete and you’re happy with the final result ♡❥ Payments are made as a donation through Ko-fi.❥ After you confirm that you are satisfied with the final result and the payment is confirmed, the final files will be delivered ♡

✦Refund & cancellation policy:

❥ Once you've confirmed your complete satisfaction with the final result and the files have been delivered, the commission will be considered final and non-refundable.❥ In the event of a cancellation or chargeback, I reserve the right to make the commission public.

✦ Delivery Time:

❥ Most commissions take up to 10 days (or less, depending on complexity). More detailed requests may require a little more time ♡
